The PiCUS Tree Motion Sensor (PTMS) 3 are controlled by this mobile application.
For communication Bluetooth LE is used, because the PTMS 3 are completely sealed to protect it against dust and constant submerging in water. It is also advantageous that the mobile iOS device (iPhone or iPad) has location tracking enabled to give the actual geographic position and direction to the PTMS 3 on Start of measurement.
The main function of this application is to start and stop the measurements of the PTMS 3 with the right configuration.
