Tried to catch two seats but they disappeared after I went out momentarily from your page do had to buy nee adjacent ones. Now I see the older selection as pending in my acvount and can’t remove them. Really ??!

I tried to redeem a refund for tickets that I bought in this app after I purchased a ticket protection and I didn’t get any refund or voucher and there is no one to talk with, their support is bad.
