Cannot open app. There is no qr code on the packaging. There is no manual.

This app is the worst that I’ve ever used. I need to create an account, give them my email, agree to their terms and conditions, create a password and pair with the device. This is so that I can use a thermometer! Of course none of the previous mentioned steps have worked s so far, but they do not have my email and are quite happy to spam me.

Worked sometimes, most of the time it’s a pain, when it works it works well. Got new wifi and no longer works at all and now my QR code is gone it won’t work all together. Unless there’s a way to go around it I’ll be purchasing another temperature probe from another company.

I downloaded the app after buying the Matador kit from Bunnings. Works an absolute treat for me so I don’t know what those other muppets are talking about. Probably trying to run it on an iPhone 4. I’ve currently got a pork loin crackling away inside the Weber and loving the accessibility of this app!

Works like clock work and never overcooks. An eta of finishing time would be a nice gimmick but otherwise, just works !

App paired and was working well. Then when I went to use it again I had to enter all my details again. It froze on the login screen saying I had to enter characters and numbers and symbols (which I had done). Even after reinstalling the app and changing passwords it will not go past the login page. Very frustrating…

The problem with this app & thermometer is the instruction manual is trash. But everything else works fine. The trick is there is a little dot you have to press during the connection process which says “confirm thermometer is flashing” then once selected you can press ‘next’ and move to the next screen and it connects straight away.

Account set up ect was a pain & required more info than i thought was reasonable for a thermometer app, other than that displays temps in real time which is all i really wanted out of it
