Far Too Expensive & Best go buy actual prizes - Just Gambling
This is gambling and should be restricted to 18+ adults. It costs $2.50US a turn on this game of chance, only to get the remote chance of winning a plushie that looks at best to worth $15-25US. If u believe you can win every 1 in 10 try’s, god bless you. But I guarantee you the success rate will be nothing like that. Instead of risking $5-10+ on remote chance of winning, just go spend $20+ for a 100% guarantee you’ll get the product. To be honest I’m surprised it meets NZ Law. In every practical sense this is gambling and all gambling in NZ must have its profits donated to charity & must be a registered charity or sports organisation listed with Internal Affairs. Only exception are a couple of casinos. I might flick an email to NZ Govt Internal Affairs Dept and ask them to investigate this.
Addicting but way too expensive
This game is very very addicting but will also drain your bank account quickly. The prizes look very legit but the claw arms are so weak that they cannot pick up anything. Also there are no free plays and the amount of gems that you have to use for 1 play is very high.

I had a perfect catch and the claw just rubbed the sides there Is no winning
Not bad if you have skill, but you need to spend money either way.
Starting the game, I had 3 free plays from linking a Facebook account. With these free plays, I won a figure. I was so excited to ship the prize, but turns out you need to win a prize with gems (which cost irl money) or pay exactly 600 gems (12 dollars). So, I spent almost 30 dollars trying to win a prize. Long story short, I got nothing. I was sad to find out that the 3 tickets you get from linking your Facebook account used to be gems. Gems. Until they changed that and the price of the gems that used to be cheaper. I was dumb enough to not record my plays where the machine malfunctioned and lost even more money. I’ve pretty much given up because I feel awful. I ended up spending more money than the item is worth. You could buy it online for cheaper. Though I guess that’s the point of the game, to gamble with your money and have fun on machines to win prizes. The game is great if you’re willing to spend money to have fun. And I would like to add that support staff are really nice so you don’t have to worry when contacting them. To end this off, I just have no skill and terrible luck. The figure I won is just a lost cause now lol 🤷♀️
Closed account for now reason
After spending hundrededs of dollars and winning some cool prizes one was stuck in shipping for a week and was processing and then I won I think a total of 7 prizes only to have my account deactivated and this is not good after spending a lot of money I enjoy the cranes but this is not cool someone needs to send my prizes and open my account!!! What’s suspicious of winning prizes at 2 in the morning!!! Someone please address this issue!!!!
Crane streams are slow
The streams the the cranes are running on are super slow. So slow that I’ve lost multiple ticket and plenty of currency that I bought with real money only to dispute the play and not get anything back. This is a real cash grab with no real intent for customer support!
Waste of time
As great at first, but now I get massive lag on the video feed and they don’t want to help. Way to expensive as well.
Use to love
Use to love playing and wining. Now the claws NEVER move for me and you email them and they just say it’s my internet connection but it isn’t as I have no problems with anything else but this game. Just not worth it anymore
