This app is seriously unstable and will randomly crash.

Great service and great product. True fiber and NOT a hybrid of cable / fiber somewhere upstream from the actual end point. Keep up the great work.

This app was dependable. Now it goes out, and I randomly lose some devices. One of the reasons that I switched was to have a way to control reliable internet. Sadly this app is a poor performer,

Almost all of these people give this a good review just because they have nothing else but how can you give a good review for something where many of the features don’t work? The app is never correct about data usage. That feature doesn’t even work at all. I won’t list all of the broken stuff on this app but I’ll also mention that there are features it needs such as being able to block devices, to reject devices, and to be able to shut off access to devices that were previously connected without having them currently connected. Also whenever you shut off access to a device there is still data trickling through it…

The service is great, the app is the most confusing application I have ever tried to connect.

Compared to what I had which was Hughes net there is no comparison to fiber

The connection of Internet offered by Tombigbee fiber is excellent. The only difficult time of connection was only through severe weather of tornadoes and winds these last two weeks. Excellent customer service and awesome a great price for Internet users.

Can’t begin to tell you how happy we are to have such great reception and affordable internet service! I was paying $170 to a company that provide poor reception and poor customer service. Thankful for Tombigbee Fiber!
