Great car wash, I love it. The app, however, is terrible. I’ve been trying all morning to get into my account but the verification codes don’t seem to be sending. The app right now is worthless.

App won’t work anymore with iOS16
In Dec 2024 app won’t open, just keeps flashing unsuccessful I tried deleting the app and downloading it again in case that would fix it, it says the current version is incompatible with my iOS, do I want to download an older version that is compatible. Said yes, app still won’t work. Apple is no longer providing iOS updates for my model phone, I’m not replacing my phone anytime soon, and without a functioning app there is no way to access my account because there is no online access to a Tommy’s account, only access is via the app that won’t work. Frustrating.
Poorly designed
I subscribed to using a gift card and I set it up so that they would not auto renew, but it auto renewed anyway three days before the end of the month. When I contacted support they make you contact the local location and then the local location has to contact them. This would not be an issue if the app would not automatically renew.
iOS 16. Whatever
App update and now it only locked me out / crashes saying “unsuccessful…”. I could faintly see that it says something about updating then the stupid pop up message. So I’m completely unable to use the app even after deleting and reinstalling from my iPhone.
Left a lot of soap. So disappointed. Soap was all on the tailgate. Had to wash it off at home
I was hoping it would be great for 40$. Had to wash the soap off the back when I got home
Monthly Subscription Cancelled
Trash update! My monthly subscription got canceled because I am refusing to update my iPhone to iOS 18.2. I can’t be the only one so I’m sure Tommy expresses suffered a great deal of Cashflow. With so many new car washes opening up around my city, I will explore other options unless someone contacts me with an apology and some perks.

It’s a good car wash value for the money. I have used it periodically.

Dont bother downloading the app. Wouldnt let me login. Code didnt work. Tried again but no code. Couldnt get through. Complete waste of time.
