TOMTOP Online Shopping App

I bought a 3d printer from this site, when I’ve received order confirmation I recognized that the delivery address was wrong, it wasn’t different from the one I had put in favorite address chart of my profile. As is wrote in their FAQ, 4 min later I’ve sent email to customers service to prevent them on the mistake. They reply me almost 24 hours later, that the shipment was done so impossible to correct address. So I’ve contact customer service live chat, and I told him exactly the same things. They told me that now it was my problem because the shipment was done. I told them that the risk was that shipment was not done because the address they put doesn’t exist. Again they told me to contact carrier, that it’s impossible because carrier doesn’t accepted delivery address change from customer but only from sender. Anyway, after many discussion they have ban me from their live chat so impossible to have help from them. So guys, even if the price could be less expensive than other, my opinion is never buy from them. Customers service is a worst that I ever see. When they have taken money from you, all issues that you have are your issues. For them the sale is done… so doesn’t matter if customer is unhappy or has problems. More their app is impossible to use, during live chat I was disconnected several time, so it was impossible to chat with them regularly. My evaluation of TOMTOP is ZERO but I must put at least one star, just because I cannot put less.

Non si può utilizzare , mostra solo la home appena si seleziona qualcosa, crash

Ogni volta che cerco di vedere qualche prodotto l’app si chiude. Inutilizzabile

Impossibile utilizzare l’App, crash dopo pochi secondi da una ricerca. Ricerco, click sul prodotto desiderato e crash. Ripetuto il processo più volte ma finisce alla stessa maniera. Non mi sento sicuro acquistare su un sito così..

Cliccando su un qualsiasi prodotto per poterlo visionare va in crash uscendo definitivamente dalla app

L’app crascia e non si può fare più nulla!😡

L’app crasha sempre appena provi ad aprire la pagina di un prodotto. Fix it!!

Hanno sbagliato l’indirizzo la merce sta ritornando indietro da più di un mese e mezzo e non riescono a farmi rimborso affidabili complimenti
