Subscription pricing and terms
Tone Studio offers four auto-renewing subscription options:

USD 3.99 per month
USD 19.99 per year
GOLD
USD 5.99 per month
USD 39.99 per year
Your Tone subscription will automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off your subscription at any time from your iTunes account settings. You will not receive refunds for the unused portion of your term.

I’d better bought a coffee instead of this
It was all okay for a week of using the app, but now nothing works. I try to upload my pics, but everything disappears immediately. The gallery is absolutely empty. Waste of money, unfortunately.

Lots of bugs after update
useless.
a useless app. it has been standing for a year, and still does not save the video to the gallery. just a loading bar and nothing happens. the subscription was purchased for nothing.

Disappeared
So many presets I had in my favourites have disappeared. ARN1, ES1, ES5, BA1, BA3,... Why?
App keeps crashing
I’ve tried this over the course of the last week. The first week everything seamed fine and all of a sudden every time I edit it becomes suuuper slow, my phone gets hot... like as soon as I pull more than a slider a minute... When I try to export or sometimes even when I still edit the app crashes entirely or just hangs itself... Love the sliders and filters but if I can’t use the app it makes me really sad. I tried to find support but through the app I can’t click on the help icon...
App ok but customer service is the worst
Love the app but customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer on instagram or email, and once in a while when they respond, they can’t even answer a simple question. Where is our money going to?
