The app does not remember a login, for not a second. It constantly logs out and have to log back in again very time I open it. Other than that, it is OK

Why do I have to log in every time I open the app? There isn’t even a way of saving my details to make logging in more efficient. Compared to other apps around, this one is extremely primitive.

Unable to register for use. It keeps asking for a phone number even when one has been put in. Appointments-wise it shows slots available but when you phone the salon they don’t exist. Basically it’s totally useless.

I never managed to get it to work. I’m trying to reset password but never received a verification code. Deleted again. I’ll stick to phone appointments. Shame it never worked.

Practically useless app now that you have to register payment details. No issue with cancellation fees and having cards on file, just make it so it works please.

It’s impossible to create an account in the app (clicking the link to create an account does nothing). When you have managed to create an account the app doesn’t use the iOS keychain to store/retrieve the password. App also doesn’t cope with an iPhone 8 screen size when initially opened, I have to scroll to read the text on the bottom two buttons yet there is acres of “empty” space at the top.

Great app, simple to use, easy to find local salon and book direct with them.

There are no salons when trying to book one, making the app really pointless. It looks like the developers never tested it.
