So called builders refusing to even quote a job. Not impressed. Would not recommend

Raised a bunch of job requests without any replies and then they just get closed by the app support,

Why run a marketplace service operated business when you don’t have enough trades to complete jobs? Cancelling my request before I can respond to your message is bad customer service.

Finally an app that is a one stop shop for all household services and needs. Inquired about a cleaner and found one almost immediately who was local. Good platform to communicate and track your service provider.

Submitted 3 requests for a local cleaner for my house, they were not replied to, replied to after days of waiting, or cancelled with no other option. Little to no help from customer support as well.

Booking a repair or a clean has never been easier. It is a simple way to find and book services because sometimes you just don’t know where to look or who to trust. I would highly recommend fixitfaster to anyone looking for excellent service.
