The primary use for this app at our school is to answer questions for attendance purposes. The questions do not load in time despite having several minutes to answer the question regardless of good internet connection. The only way to get a question to pull up is to logout and get back into the classroom every single time there’s a new question, and that’s not even a guarantee. This occurs on both iPhone and iPad. My classmates and I can’t stand having to use this app.

Writing anything on the app is horrible. It always loses formatting. This app is poorly made and so is the website in comparison to other learning platforms.

The amount of points I’ve lost because the app just stopped working mid lecture is unreal. Not reliable. Please don’t rely on this to give lectures.

Every time I try answering a question where you have to upload a picture, it does nothing and then grays out all “open” buttons, forcing me to restart or the whole assignment is impossible to interact with!

Even with the update from 7 hours ago, my instructor’s lessons (that are only uploaded here as videos) don’t play. This really ruins any chance to study or review when I can’t be stuck sitting in front of a screen. When this basic functionality is addressed, it would also be amazing for the video to continue to play as audio when the screen is locked. There’s also video playback issues on the other devices, but I don’t have time to go into all that. Please fix these things asap and stop charging us for stuff we can’t use.

teacher had us buy it instead of just posting the powerpoint on canvas just so he can take attendance. half the time it won’t stop loading and you have to restart your computer and if you reload the page again you have to restart again. and the customer support isn’t even available on computer they tell you to go to the app. they say students feel more motivated to work with this it’s JUST a powerpoint application for 30$ extra it is such a waste of money
