TopCashback: Cash Back & Deals

Either missing cash back or tracked very slow. Has to contact customer services and get back so slow. Not good as Rakuten

I have been waiting for my cash back since oct, it is dec 25th.

This app can’t even track a simple cashback purchase. They bait you in with a sign up bonus, have a large cashback refund from a service like vpn, and then they don’t give you the cashback before the refund period is over and you’re stuck with the subscription. Stick with Rakuten. I’ve never had an issue with them tracking my purchases.

Don’t waste your time

I can’t access my account even when I enter the correct login information and it’s not sending me the email to reset my password. I’ve had alot of frustration with this app

Company offers cash back, fails to mention it takes 3 months OR MORE to get your money back! There are other cash back programs that offer faster cash back. Do not use!

I'm waiting for my cashback from Net a Porter JANUARY 2024. and apparently I still have a long time to get my earned $24 cashback. Very often the application does not see the purchase made through it, I lost a lot of cashback and the customer service is absolutely useless, you open the case and they don’t decide anything in favor of the buyer, it’s very disappointing. I switched completely to Rakuten and RetailMeNot.

Been over two weeks since purchase and cash back is still pending. Rakuten gives cash back within two days

I uave several transactions for instacart that tracked, got the emails that they tracked, then show up as $0.00 payable weeks later. Seriously? I chose your app over the others because at those particular times, you were offering a higher percentage back than the other apps. What a waste! And not just one time, SEVERAL times! I could jave actually gotten my cashback at one of the other services. And now, it logged me out, I tried to log back in and got error messages. Updated the app, still won't log me in. The payouts when they DO happen tske forever to clear. And I mean, like months. Never order from Old Navy, it can take up to three months to see any tracking/payable action to happen and that's just one example. Other cash back apps track faster, payout wuicker and don't log you out randomly. Oh and customer service can be wuite rude depending on the rep. Used to be my favorite, now this is a waste of time.
