Not very intuitive nor clear about how to use the app.

I Topup an account and they are saying they didn’t get anything. And they are saying I owe a loan for what?

For the longest time as a post paid user for over 10 years updates have been made to your apps and for about a year I’m unable to see how much data I have available with my plan. What sense does it make that I cannot see how much data is remaining?! It doesn’t matter how pretty the app is, if it lacks basic functionality with regards to the information it ought to provide then might as well don’t have it.

I am always having trouble topping up

The wording in the app is confusing—especially what is meant by top-up, auto-pay, and auto-renew. It’s not clear either when taxes will be added or not—by which of these methods. Sending OTP to my number never works.

Why are we paying us dollars for Jamaican credit? This is unacceptable as the us conversion rate has us payi one and a half times the value of the credit.
