DOUBLE DECKER Bus it sucks no AC inside. Few rounds during the year. It run few more buses but it choose not to clearly. Bus alway full. Sorry 1 star tops as it can be better

TERRIBLE. This place is so bad first we were supposed to do Brooklyn tour at 10 but the advertisers did not tell us the only Brooklyn trip is at 9 second they said we were go under the Brooklyn bridge and manhattan bridge on the cruise but we indeed did not go under there. And the worst part is that the people who are working there don’t even know what they’re selling there just telling you to buy it. But all do respect the going under the bridge and that part is not really topviews fault. If your a idiot buy this

What a scam this company is. Please do not book any tours with company. My bookings went missing with no explanation as to why!! Asked for a refund, they just said we don’t do refunds, what a joke. Looks like a lot a people are having trouble with this company

I paid online 70$ while it s 22-25$ on the spot, and they don’t mention the stops neither on the app or website I had to call customer service to mention for me the place then one angry woman told me wrong place for this night so I was freezing in -3 degree for 30 min in the wrong place then I called again and one other one told me to go to another stop, then I found it and everyone was shocked from the price I paid, and the most worst thing that I had to sit down while all the glass of windows is black and blurry I never seen in my life some touristic bus with black glass .. and many other bad things so just never use the up or some website to buy the ticket go directly on the spot.

Only thing I wish was that it showed you your location. The 2 fingers part was sticky. Kept freezing. But I just scroll down to the bus stop number and clicked on it to see address. Wish the bus stops had the same number on the sign as they do in the bus route picture. You were always having to look at streets to know where u were at on picture in app. But scanned our tickets and everything else.

I deleted this app after three uses. The map was only useful for showing the route. Hard to figure out to see next bus. App would freeze. Map would not two-finger-move well. This is with an iPhone 14 Pro in March 2023.

Terrible experience - tickets don’t load into the app, can’t board the bus without them. Never use this company.

Couldn’t get my ticket to scan and map service was my actually mobile friendly

Very disappointed with their service. Buses don’t come as frequent, rude employees, bus is very disgusting, and they would not let us on without using the app even tho we had printed proof that we bought tickets. Would never use top view again.

I purchased 4 tickets to celebrate my birthday with special friends. Bad experience from to beginning to the end. The tour time was moved 30 min later which was okay. However, the seating was uncomfortable (limited space between the chair and table), I paid for the lux package- bread was dry and sandwiches not fresh, the sea served was only a sip not even a half cup. Our group was told, they have limited tea to serve to everyone on the tour. What! This is a tea party. Then the your was cut 20 min earlier. Horrible experience.
