Scanning the QR code or manually inputting the number from your receipt is rarely successful even after the store has submitted their day’s charges. Any ideas?

Great app and liking the new reward system so far. Would love if you add the option to pay with gift cards!!! They can only be used in store or on the website (which doesn’t allow you to login to your account to earn points) :/

Always come to this location. And not once has my order been wrong.

Everytime I’ve used it,it’s worked great. The only thing I’d change is being able to order and use your rewards instead of going to the register to collect

Put in my order from parking lot. Submitted it and then walked in. After a few minutes, I checked in with kitchen staff and they said they had not yet received my order and advised their system typically takes 10-15 minutes to receive an online order!!!

App is a good idea. QR code scanner never worked once. And then I’m the idiot holding up the line when my reward QR code doesn’t work and they’re having to manually enter it. Nice concept, deleted the app. Waste of time. I’m not keeping this on my phone if it’s never gonna work anytime I go to torchy‘s.

It would be nice to be able to check and review my items in the cart. It seems that whenever I click on my cart, the only screen that comes up shows suggested items to add to my cart, instead of a breakdown of what I am ordering.

35¢ service fee for what?

I can’t login to app. I change my password then try to login and I get ID or password invalid. I’m deleting app and giving up.

Easy to use, and they always get my order right!!!! What more could you want?!
