Do not buy or download this app or buy any cameras that uses this app it is absolutely the worst app with their ads which bothers you every time you try to look at something

Have had this for several years. Works fine but make sure you edit all settings as defaults can make camera motion pickup too sensitive, etc. Took a while to get sensitivity set so camera wasn’t going off every few minutes. Batteries are not a standard size, so you’ll have to eBay /Amazon those. Playback never works once batteries are replaced, you have to reformat the SD card. Reformatting of internal SD card is also needed randomly to get playback to work. Otherwise the picture on this camera is very good.

The app works … not consistently but enough to get a quick peek at my ducks out in the yard. HOWEVER, the ads are killing it! Are you serious!? Get rid of the ads please! It’s so frustrating! Or bring an option to pay to remove the ads. They do get in the way when you want to quickly start the broadcast.

Camera not connecting to wifi anymore.

I have been having this camera for at least three years and now it’s not working it’s just have a circle like it’s trying to connect but it’s not connecting not sure if they did an update or not

I don’t get notifications no more. What happen please fix

It’s not giving me the notifications that’s the whole point of having cameras so they can notify you when someone is on your property

Putting up with advertising was a disappointment but now it’s worse. It will no longer show the video unless the door bell is pressed first. It can’t sense motion now. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Can only get the app to open once in a while on iPad using iPad OS 15.2 - splash screen starts, flips upside down then opens with an ad and can do nothing after that. Never seems to be an app update either - apparently they only want the money for the camera , not follow up to keep it working.

The worst camera and app ever! Don’t waste your money. Just buy a Ring.
