App is usseless,constantly falling down, ac keep disconecting from wifi, so you have to always again and again add ac from begining. This is like bad joke these days

I would like to connect my AC to Apple HomeKit. And yours app doesn’t allow set air flow to side. Thank you.

I'm really disappointed with the app, many features that a remote control can do the app can't, the UI is really poor. Is this supposed to be an app of the top-of-the-range company which started the inverter technology? If using the app is important to you, look elsewhere.

The app has no offline mode. Every screen is “refreshing” or reloading constantly. The UX is a typical “made by deceloper”. Zero user friendliness.

I had the issue with "ac provisioning failed" error when connecting router and the ac and finally I found out how to overcome stupid connectivity of the AC. These days all the routers have default settings of 5 GHz bandwidth and WPA3 security. You need to set the security in your router settings to WPA2 or WPA. Not even "WPA2/WPA3" was working for me. You also need to have in mind that 5 GHz bandwidth is not supported with the AC. I solved all this creating guest network on the router with 2.4 GHz bandwidth and WPA/WPA2 security. Hope this helps all the desperate people like me.
