I have been using this app happily for over three years to download music and video. But the most recent three updates have made the app completely unusable. No longer possible for multi downloads, in fact due to losing the option to go back to previous window or closing new pop up window the app has become completely unusable. When the errors logged to Support the feedback simply states they are working on it ! Why send an update that destroys all of the workable features ? Surely it would have made more sense to either a) test the app prior to sending the updates or b) restore previous WORKING version until newer versions have been sorted out . Very angry purchaser here feeling very let down
