This version
The current version will forget past in-app purchases then will not restore the purchases. Does not give an error message and restoring as per faq does not work. Used to work fine except levels between sections were not equalized, especially the going to sleep ending which was so much louder that it would wake me with a start.
Updated version
Since the app updated, it has not worked! The tracks will not load and play. I want my money back!
Not worth the headache
No only are the in-app purchases no longer accessible, some are more expensive than they are when you purchase individually from the App Store! Since the RESTORE function within this update does NOT work, the purchases are USELESS! Seriously consider a different app...😡

I have been consistently using the "get out of your own way" program on this app. It has really helped me become aware of my self sabotaging actions and manage them. It works!

I have used this so far, every night for the last 6 nights. I love it. I drift to sleep faster and sleep better. I have a 7 month old daughter and was worried about waking up to tend to her, but Erik gives you the power to come back to consciousness anytime. I plan on downloading a few more of his sessions. 👍
Deep Relaxation Allows Me to Relax & Sleep
I've had insomnia for 10 years. I take strong, doctor prescribed sleep aides, keep a sleep journal, eye mask, bedtime routine, ear plugs and every pillow type imaginable. But nothing has worked until the Deep Relaxation on this App. Now, I sleep every night and wakeup refreshed and feeling great!
