Très satisfait ! Permet de suivre et consulter facilement nos factures et paiements. La fonctionnalité de suivi de consommation est prometteuse. On se réjouit de voir les prochaines améliorations, très fréquentes !

Nouvelles fonctionnalités natives bien mieux
La dernière mise à jour contient les mêmes fonctionnalités de suivi de consommation mais en mieux. L’app est passée de webviews à des fonctionnalités natives. Top
A la facturation rien ne fonctionne
J ais un compteur communiquant et impossible de le lier à cette application , après de multiple contact avec un service client incapable de trouver une solution j ais changé de fournisseur dépité
Du potentiel mais pas encore exploité
On constate une amélioration mais encore trop de webview et de chargements
App upgrade but for worse
Totalenergies used to have a good app with reliable and daily data and with good visuals. It help me to monitor and reduce the electricity and gas consumption. After the upgrade, the data is wrong, the look and feel is bad and they removed lot of interesting data such as, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly information. I just connect to fluvios instead. A shame to change something that was good into something that became useless!

App toont niks van verbruik. Daarom opgestapt als klant.

De app heeft geen nut, je kan geen verbruik zien! Een schande dat ze dat wel zo verkopen!
