On Apple Watch the app won't get me into the main page, it's stuck on "loading". (My Internet connection isn't the issue). Kindly check and update.

I’ve seen bad apps but this one takes the cake. The fact that I can’t even have a simple conv with customer support without the app crashing is not even surprising anymore. Not to mention the robot like responses. It’s really not the employees fault. But I mean come onnnnn…..
