TouchNet 360u

Completely useless app. I’ve only been able to use it once. I get an error when I try to login and I have done troubleshooting and the app still doesn’t work.

I hate that my school converted to using TouchNet. The app never works. And when you finally do get to the login screen it won’t allow you to get in! I’ve never used an app that was more useless. This app is just trash.

App hasn’t worked all year. No way to troubleshoot. Suppressing Students from being able to access basic needs their ID is unacceptable. This effects how we function. I cannot access library, bus fare, entry to state parks, lunch lines, and financial aid offices if the app cannot function.

I’ve been dealing with this sorry app for three years. In my county we’re supposed to have free bus rides as students, yet for these past three years I’ve rarely ever been able to take advantage of this benefit because this app doesn’t work. I wish my school would abandon this app.

It lets you log in once after you uninstall the app completely and u have to unregister and log back in and it only works once then u have to do it all over again. Just delete this off the app store

Imagine if the App worked. Just need my school Id.

It’s been about a week since I tried uploading my ID Photo, and yet it’s still not there. I tried changing it again today to see if that would work. It didn’t. Need help to set it up so I can use my ID.

Tried it multiple times, good lighting, neutral face, blank wall. Doesn’t work 😐.

Awful app, totally useless. Frustrating.
