TouchNet OneCard is your single point of access to campus life, combining student ID functionality with electronic payment processing and access control to enhance the whole student experience.
TouchNet OneCard is a unique, mobile-based technology from TouchNet that enables campus administrators to offer students a single point of access to campus life. It serves as a secure payment system for campus services, goods and activities, as a virtual ID card, and gives students access to events, buildings, libraries, and other campus facilities using pin codes, passwords and geo-fencing.
Students can also manage their OneCard account with features such as deactivating their card, checking their balance, report on transaction history and more. With configurable icons, campus information such as athletic events, dining menus, bus schedules and more are readily available within TouchNet OneCard.
Participating TouchNet OneCard terminals can include vending machines, photocopiers, laundry controllers, print stations, financial terminals, dining point of sale terminals, event, activity, access terminals and more.

Crashes

Does not work for Durham college at all I honestly don’t k ow what I’m gonna do because I need to app for school it’s crasheseverytime I try to go on it

App is not working for Durham college

App crashes once we select Durham college.

Won’t load

App won’t even load to open. I need this for school in 2 weeks!!! Freaking out :(

It keeps crashing

I can’t even open it

Invalid pin

Keeps showing error on invalid PIN, I reset my password 2 times and I am logging into the right school SSO, app doesn’t work don’t waste your time downloading. Also outdated look, the login has no redirects to a proper school SSO login.

Terrible App

This app is ugly, has poor user interface and is incredibly not useful. I’m not sure if other colleges/universities or work places have access doors which they need specific credentials for but that’s feature is entirely useless to me. They denied my photo submission more than once so now I am left without a photo on my card. It was much easier for the school to have physical ID cards. This app needs a ton of improvement. 1/10

Literally doesnt work 😭

keepings saying “account already assigned” when ever i put in my log in info girl idk what that means just let me log in 😰😰

App always crashes when I login.

I need this app for my student ID but everytime I login to the app, without fail, it crashes. I need my student ID for everyday use and due to the broken interface I’m literally unable to attend half my classes.

Can’t log in.

I can login to the web version, but when I try to use the app, it gives me an error.

Account type

I am unable to Login or change the account type on this app in order to proceed. Can’t get it to work
