App crashes everytime in the middle of keying in information, and the information filled in was not saved, so i got caught up in the endless loop of key-in-data, crash, re-keying. To say that I’m frustrated is an understatement, it’s utterly useless.

App crashes every time I choose to select the category of my item. People were having this problem from a year ago and it’s not fixed yet. Ridiculous.

Tried to fill in the blanks and the apps crashes all the time. Whenever I tried to put in my invoice information, the apps just shuts by itself

Had to queue longer at the Melbourne airport at the line compare to the one who doesn't have the apps. It's pretty much useless

There were no issues at all, and the process is quite intuitive. :)

Can only input 1 invoice, not save for any other invoices that I input later. Need to do maintenance for this APP!

cannot even enter the invoice details. I remember last year I‘ve already experienced a lot of difficulties entering the details. One year passed, and nothing changed. Still many crashes. So useless...

I can’t even enter the detail of my invoices. Crash crash crash everytime! Why are you playing app crashing game here?🤦‍♂️
