Whenever I go active on a job and then my dispatcher has to reassign it to someone else for efficiency, the app won’t let me go active on another call unless I delete the app and download again

I love it

This a great for tow company and also I recommend this

Did work fine now will not make any noise at all when a call comes thru have re downloaded 3 times still won’t work right anymore.

Tow Magic has been the platform cementing K.P Roadside, it has its flaws, But what doesn’t? Tow Magic is a Great Digital tool. Affordable and worth every penny monthly.

Even though all my notifications is ON and the phone volume is 100% there is no sound! I see the job when its not awarded! The calls is not ringing!! PLEASE FIX THAT WE ARE LOOSING BUSINESS!
