2022 Tacoma. App takes forever now, to connect. At time of writing 03 Feb 2024.

You have to be sitting in the vehicle to make the Bluetooth connection.

I've got the latest iOS upgrade and the app now doesn't allow me to choose the length of warmup time. This is while we are in an extended cold snap. Poorly executed when previous version worked fine last winter.

Unfortunately, we cannot connect to Bluetooth. Hopefully they’ll fix it asap. It’s cold!!

If I knew I had to stand beside the truck for this app to work I would not have paid for this option. I have no idea if this even works

Can’t pair the hub via Bluetooth. So how do I know the battery trickle charger is working and worth the money I paid for it .

Good idea, terrible app.

Terrible app, paid extra for comfort plus and the app has worked once.

If it works you need to be within 20 feet of the vehicle for the Bluetooth to connect. As soon as you walk away it loses connection. Needs to be fixed. I expect much more from Toyota. Waste of money.
