Do not install
It duplicate all of my contact by 6-7 with TRACK name family name so it's impossible to use my contact book. It keep sending me email about activity on email send but I didn't renew my subscription. It's impossible to uninstall / get ride of it and no answer from the company after 4 emails in 6 weeks. Worst app I install on my iphone/ipad

NEVER SIGNED UP, KEEP SENDING CANCELING EMAILS,BUT NO RESPONSE. Also, NO OPTION FOR ‘ UNSUBSCRIBE’. TOTALLY SCAM. LOOKS THEY KEEP HOSTAGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR WILL. SENDING REVIEW TO APPLE AS WELL. DONT KNOW WHY APPLE CAN IGNORE THESE REVIEWS. I AM TRYING TO SRND THIS REVIEW BUT IT KERP ASKING THE NICK NAME . I TRIED ALL NICK NAME BUT IT KEEP SAYING’ALREADY TAKEN’ ,WHILE THERE IS ONLY 3 REVIEWS. 100% SCAM.
Hostage to this app!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. There is no way to disconnect from your account even after deleting app and emailing the company.
Worst Experience
They keep you hostage and won’t let you delete this tracking feature. You won’t be able to send your emails. Don’t download it. They say you can email them to cancel subscription but they won’t respond. I still can’t get rid of this.
Amazing
My girlfriend moved but I have a hard time trusting her at the moment so I used this app to track her location via email. If I had money I would pay the subscription fee and use this for my business, my business is bicycle repairs.
Works well but
Works for counting. Proxy hide info and its over priced
SCAM
Very shady business. I bought the premium plan so I could add a second email address but it kept taking me to the purchase page to get a second subscription unknowingly charging me nearly $700. I’ve emailed customer service 4-5 times with no answer or vague responses. I started a dispute with PayPal and TRACK offered me a $9.99 refund. Just absurd. Use Mail suite for Gmail for free.
Not great
The app will randomly stops working and it’s impossible to reach anyone from customer service. Basically you have to wait several days for it to eventually start working.
The app is inconsistent
Lots of false ‘“reads”.
