I am unable to sign up, when i register it says number already registered and when i try to log in or click on forget password it says user does not exist! Requesting support!! Urgent!!!

The app doesn’t show the battery level of the device. I purchased it for my kids safety purpose so it’s very important to know the battery level of the device to charge it accordingly. It’s a must have feature. Please try to incorporate it.

There app does not work most of the time . I got this device from Galaxy Toyota - Delhi . It seems its a fraud done by Galaxy Toyota.

Currently I’m using 2 accounts on track 360 but after I log out from 1 account I am unable to login to any of my accounts please look into it and fix the bug asap Thank you

Hi Team, I am an iPhone user and with the latest upgrade, app does not refresh automatically and vehicle/bus does not move at all on screen while physically it’s moving. To get the current status one need to kill and restart app every time(checked with multiple folks) Just wondering, for app which is used to track location and movement, was this the basic and primary use case not tested on iOS platform ? Would request that -1. Pathch shall be immediately pushed to rectify this otherwise it’s unusable ,2) in future would expect to have some basic sanity testing for prime use cases.

They don’t have any customer service I’m paying 2500 rs for services and I found this is scam

Earlier the app use to show how much time does the car stopped at a location but now this feature is not working. Need this feature back pls do something
