I’ve been using this app for about one month. After one update, it doesn’t seem to be as accurate as it was before the update. It doesn’t seem to have EXACT location or “LIVE” trqcking capabilities anymore… I’m going give it a bit more time… MAYBE the problem will be reaolved.

I have set up everything in the app & made sure to allow notifications on my phone. The only “alerts” are messages within the app. I don’t get any phone notifications or text messages. What am I supposed to do? Stare at the app screen all day long? Also why is the writing so tiny?? I suggest you developers make the app smarter about showing where the tracker has been. If it was moving at 25 mph it probably didn’t move through house’s & backyards but rather was on the road nearby.

You stole my money from me. Which I haven’t use yall ever since last year. I only pay for one year payment policy. Over priced & your product is so cheaply made that the plastic melted in my car!

Right away, won’t scan code using phone camera . Image too blurry and nothing you can do to change this, and so had to enter manually. And then it looks like you have to pay before you can find out if it is even working or not. Can’t get the flashing green light like they say so I’m hesitant to even put in credit card info. Good thing I’m only out like ten dollars or so.

I don’t like it. I subscribe & I was still being charged to my visa. Now all of a sudden I can’t download any apps for free
