**HOW IT WORKS**
TrackMyTour is a simple travel blogging app. Each blog entry (or "waypoint") consists of a date, time, and location. Waypoints can also include text and photos.
The app creates an interactive map of your waypoints, which you can share with your family and friends. They can follow along with the app or with a web browser on any device.
**SHARE WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS**
Each map has a secret link, which you can share with your family and friends. They can visit the link at anytime to see your updates and a map of your journey. The can also register and follow with the app, leave comments, react to your waypoints, and receive notifications when you post an update.

**FREEMIUM & PLUS VERSIONS**
The Freemium version of TrackMyTour provides everything you need to track your tour. For many it might be enough.
TrackMyTour Plus is a subscription-based upgrade for users who like the app and want a little more. It unlocks some additional features not found in the Freemium version.
**CREATE A BOOK**
After your journey you can create and order a photo book consisting of your locations, photos, and captions (needs a laptop or desktop computer). TrackMyTour Books does the heavy lifting of laying out the content, and gives you the tools to fine tune the book to your liking.
**FEATURES**
TrackMyTour does not continuously track your location. Updates are made when you choose to record them. Waypoints can also be saved offline when a network connection is not available, and submitted later when you're back online (e.g., hotel WiFi).

Great travel app
TrackMyTour allows us to post photos and an ongoing map of our trips so that we can keep in touch with our family without having to call them. I use the map at the end of the trip to show everyone where we’ve been. It’s fun and very easy to use.
Wonderful Records
We have been using TrackMyTour for several years and we find it to be a wonderful way to keep in contact with our friends and family. We love being able to go back years and see a recap of our past trips. Our next adventure is trying to turn our trips into books! Keep up the good work.
Envy
I envy you guys and wish I could turn back the clock but 80 is 80! Happy and safe travels. Dad
Not an improvement
I used to love this app. It was fun and easy to use. Now, it is clunky and not customizable. I especially don’t like the lack of the ability to long press the icon, and go right to a new waypoint. also, I am not a fan of 24 hour time. I can’t find a way to use a 12 hour clock. Please change these two things. Thank you.
Doesn’t seem to work
Open the app, go to My maps, tap “Add a map” , give a name etc, tap “Save”, nothing happens. Close the form, app seems to be doing something but then nothing happens. Gave up after 15 minutes trying.
Can’t log in
Created an account but can’t sign in.
Great App for Travelers
I have only been using the app for a couple a weeks, but I’m really enjoying it. It offers a great way to keep your friends and family advised of your adventures.
Not Happy. Now I’m happy
I bought the app several years ago to get full use of features. Now they upgraded and want me to pay an annual fee to use it, and took away the features I already paid for! Updated! App creator replied that since I paid for the subscription I get a lifetime subscription and showed me how to update it. So happy because I really like this app for our road-trips. Friends and family all want pics and updates as to where we are, and with this app they can follow us without me sending out dozens of emails.
Great app with great customer support.
We’ve used this app to chronicle many long cross country adventures. We paid to be life members which we felt was a deal and affords us to post many photos with each waypoint. Each journal remains available on the site which allows us to go back to review names of places or timing of past events. We wouldn’t think of bothering to switch to some other app; plus as we said in our title, the customer service is terrific. Katy and Mike
