The location report is not updated promptly, delayed location update up to 10 hours or more, hopefully this can be improved ASAP.

The settings that we turn on most of them doesnt work well and always delayed. There are 100++ settings and the only one works always acc on off only and displacement alert. Other alerts seems to be useless. Accuracy is lousy. Settings in the system also not functioning well, the car has been drove off and the whatever we have in setting doesnt show any detail Pls ensure there is classes for the installer to make sure how this system works, i suspect there is no knowledge implied to the installer so they can actually make sure it is install correctly. Or possibly the installer only wanted to sell the product anyhow. That is why there is no proper install and setup along with the systems

The app always was delay a few minute.when the car stop..please take action..before this .it feel great .. for the pass month not so good

For the past few days, all P are the same! How to properly track and have evidence to take action?

The alert to my phone delays for a few minutes, which is not good. For example, I park my car and walk to the mall, and then I receive the alert (detect vibration) after a few minutes. Later, I learned that the alert was actually for the vibration while I was closing the door before walking to the mall, not because somebody/car touched or bumped into my car during parking.
