Trail Camera Pro

I have been using this app successfully and sometimes painfully since I was gifted a trail camera to watch birds outside a few years ago. This app has worked (sometimes glitchy but worked) until he last iPhone update. I am able to connect to Bluetooth on the camera, and then I’m able to connect to the Wi-Fi on the camera (according to my phone WiFi settings page) but when I try to access the photos on the camera, I get an error message telling me there is no Wi-Fi connection with the camera and I am unable to see any photos unless I pop out the SIM card to take to my computer. In looking at the release notes, this app has not been updated in over two years. If there is a direct replacement app that will work with the same campark camera, can that please be posted in the comments of this app?. It’s extremely frustrating that my camera works wonderfully, but the software used to connect remotely seems to have been forgotten.

I used the app for about a year with no real issues but it hasn’t worked properly in months. Constantly crashes and closes itself. Basically useless. Having to take the camera down and bring it in the house to see what’s on it is not what I had in mind.

App is useless. First you enable bluetooth to connect to the camera for the sole purpose of turning on its built in wifi. Then you switch to that wifi to view the contents. The app connects via BT and turns on the wifi, but once you connect to that wifi it never finds the camera. The camera came with a list of 5 app to use. They’re all identical except for the name. They’re all 4 years old as of Jan 2024 so it doesn’t seem likely that they’re going to be fixed.

This is the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of using. The connection process is ridiculous and time consuming. Once you get past that and into the app, you’re lucky if you can scroll more than a couple rows of pictures before the app crashes and you have to start the whole process over again. Downloading a large amount of pictures or videos is next to impossible due to the app locking up or crashing during the download. All of this would be tolerable if you could simply remove the memory card and download directly to a pc, but that is not possible because these geniuses reformat the disk to their wacky format so it doesn’t show up on a pc as a drive. Would suggest never buying this camera becuase of this disaster of an app!!!

Very weak app for a decent Trail cam. Mostly works but tedious.

Takes quite a few tries to get connected. I’ve had to reinstall numerous times. Crashes every time. You barely get anything done. You can’t preview pictures until you download them first. If you’re lucky to get that far. Makes you want to throw your phone out the window.

I spent the money and but this expensive camera and the app is (Horrible). Can’t get it to locate WiFi or Bluetooth on my phone or my internet. The camera seems nice but it won’t connect to any devices so the APP is trash. If I knew it was this bad I would have bought something else.

With everything correct and connected in settings on the phone, the App fails to recognize the camera.

this app is very poorly written and kind of buggy. Unfortunately it's the only option. Fortunately on the other hand you can do all configuration right on the camera itself. You don't need the app for that. The app is useful for remotely configuring and monitoring the camera. However note that the camera has a red LED that will turn on when you're connected and that is bad for scaring away wildlife.

Like the T-80 model camera so bought a T-85 which used this app. The app does not open to camera it just goes to the settings screen. I was able to use the app from the older camera just fine. Hunting camera app. Support just told me to watch out for pop ups and reinstall. Apple appstore does not have pop ups on download of apps
