It’s handy seeing the trends but I question the accuracy … been uff sad If I’ve heard nothing it for a year or so now
I’m using this app as I come back from injury to ensure that I’m not overtraining and stressing my body. The “score” provides a great way to identify my readiness to push on, back off and take it easy, or just have a rest day.
