I have made an account and tried to login with my password however it gives me a message of "error - wrong login details" Then when I ask for "forget password" I never get the email to change it (even though I know the password is correct) I talked with the assistant at train more gym and she told me to contact the app, I tried to look for app support in this page but the link doesn't work. I also tried to create a new account but I get the error "this membership ID is already in use"

If you’re on a waiting list to join a class and the then you manage to join , you’re still on the waiting list and receive a notification every time a spot becomes available. And as long as you’ve joined there’s no way to leave the waiting list unless you cancel the class. Then leave the waiting list and then join the class. FFS trainmore - fix this

In dire need of an upgrade, website in app….

Its so bad because my account is hacked and i got al ready a new gmail account

App login not working

Mediocre app full of unnecessary features while lacking basic features like gym visits UX is extremely bad and difficulty to navigate

Waardeloze app. Niks werkt. Discount tracker blijft laden maar toont niks. Waardeloos

This is not an authentic app and really needs a decent upgrade!

App sluit af direct na het opstarten. Doet het dus niet.

No sync with apple health and the discount tracker does not work. Kind of expected much more. Let’s the whole membership down.
