Mi trovo benissimo con questa app, è ben fatta, ti permette di acquistare sia Trenitalia che Italo senza dover passare da un’app all’altra per la comparazione di orari e prezzi. Offre anche combinazioni di biglietti tra le due compagnie. Sono presenti aggiornamenti su orari, stati treno e binari in tempo reale e posso aggiungere il biglietto al wallet del telefono. Spesso ci sono anche promozioni. Cambio biglietto e rimborso anche molto semplice. Per me ottima
L’app funziona bene e i pagamenti rapidissimi, ma se poi avete bisogno un rimborso perché annullano i treni, spariscono e ti rimandano a Trenitalia che può fare il rimborso sul fondo da cui è stato pagato il biglietto …. Sconsiglio non usatela !!
Misleading information. Downloded the app expecting a discount as they say on the website, get just a euro off for a 50 euro ride. Cheaters
Ciao, devo dire che con questa app mi sono trovato veramente bene. Unica cosa che potrei suggerire sarebbe la possibilità di aggiungere il biglietto acquistato sull’app Wallet di Apple

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a refund of a ticket they didn’t give me. They told me they did the refund but it wasn’t true ! Horrible and liars. DONT USE THIS APP!!

I purchased a railcard and it’s not appearing at all when I open the app. I received a transaction confirmation receipt email and shared this with customer support via email but they are unresponsive. The chat service on their app is not helpful and only offers generic FAQ support. I purchased a train ticket to activate this as advised in their FAQs but that didn’t work at all in terms of seeing my purchased railcard on the app/activating it. Would be great to get a refund but looks like they don’t offer it, wouldn’t recommend.
Utterly useless, try to upload railcard photo during buying process and it fails every single time, don’t waste your time. Failed before I even got to use it!!
Really poor journey planner as sells multi tickets for the same journey and can really catch you out . Tickets are cheap but poor website
