User experience
The app has a really nice UI, the UX writers also did a good job
It’s the perfect app for me.
Want something that can help me track my expenses and this come in handy.
Can’t login
Since December 2022, I have tried to login to my account but it proved abortive. I have tried 1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app still doesn’t go 2. Changed my password by clicking on the “forgot password” text after which OTP was sent with which I changed my password, still it doesn’t go Anyway it could be resolved.
Unable to log in
After signing up, I could not log in. It feels like I just gave out my details without getting service in return.
Cant sign in
Hi Trakka team, I can’t sign in again after I updated the app. The login button doesn’t do anything. Help!
Log in problem
Every time I try syncing my bank account with the app,it just says I should try online banking or mobile banking and I’ve tried both and it doesn’t work.
Very horrible otp processing and information recognition
Once the app asks for otp and you go to your message section to check it out ( because Trakka doesn’t pop it up on your screen) it refreshes again when you go back to the app making it send a new otp and the one you checked before becomes invalid and this process goes on and on . This app did this for my fidelity bank app and now I’m locked out lol rubbish . My kuda on the other hand once it asks for otp and I input it , it keeps showing a connection error even when I’m using a very fast internet connection. Save me abeg I don tire

Can’t login in so I deleted the app but I can’t download it Back for days now and I urgently need it
Logging in my bank details
I have been trying to sync my bank but after inputting my bank details it’s shows me loading timeout
