The Transcendental Meditation app is a support tool for verified TM meditators and their teachers.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
– A custom timer to support regular practice
– A meditation log to keep you motivated
– Videos and articles to enrich your understanding
– An event calendar with a global TM events listing
In addition to TM course support, the app offers an official TM timer to help you stay regular with your meditation. Enable chimes, vibration, dark mode and reminders to assist with your meditation. If you need help with your TM practice, choose from a series of FAQ, which are short videos that answer common questions from meditators. You can also send your meditations to Apple Health.
You’ll also find a meditation log to keep track of your meditation sessions. Check your regularity at a glance, and view the number of hours you have meditated and total meditation sessions per month.
In the app’s Library, explore a range of content and tutorials from Dr. Tony Nader, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, scientific experts, famous meditators, community leaders, and more. They share the impact TM has had on their lives, the next steps you can take in your TM journey, and some of the research that has been done into the effects of TM.
Track your progress through videos and articles, including the TM course review, which will remind you of the key concepts from when you learned TM.
You can also use the TM app to connect with others in the international community of meditators via the Events section of the app. View and join upcoming group meditations and other TM events taking place online.

A Daily Companion!
Love this app!!! Whether I join Bob Roth (who rocks) or meditate on my own with the timer TM has helped me to raise my quality of living because I’m better connected to myself.
So convenient
I love the timer, and knowing how many folks are currently meditating using the app. The reminder I set for myself makes it so much easier to practice. The library is a great addition as well. Thank you!
Add Apple Watch support?
This is a great app. Appreciate the update that logs meditation time as “mindfulness minutes” in the Apple Health app. One suggestion: adding Apple Watch support so that I can use the meditation timer when I don’t have my phone with me (for example, I like to meditate upon waking in the morning but keep my phone out of my bedroom to maintain a more sterile sleeping environment).

I am really enjoying this app. If it could be used on my Apple Watch it would be perfect
Stopped loading
Not sure what happened, but I was regularly using this app and after the most recent update it stopped loading? I was waiting for a fix, but perhaps it’s only my phone that it stopped working with…
App Not Launching
The app stopped working right after installing iOS 17.5! The app just goes blank and stays blank. Not sure if others have had the same issue.
Even a technically challenged person like myself can do this app
I’ve only been meditating since Friday today is Wednesday, but I am really loving it and getting this app as a game changer. I’ve been listening to all the modules and the videos and it’s very enlightening. I have a wonderful teacher Cindy and I can’t wait to see her again next week for a check up.

Long time meditator since 1980 recently started using the app and love it !
Still a little buggy.
The app works well for timing, notices and information, but still misses recording sessions on proper dates. The bronze and golden streak seem to know the correct information, but the session log is faulty.
