We offer two subscription options with unlimited access to all Transcriber’s features: Yearly Unlimited and Weekly Unlimited. If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

Взяла тариф 20 часов за 7 990 ₽. В итоге деньги списались, а в приложении ничего не изменилось, до сих пор ничего не пополнили и я не могу сделать работу. I took the 20-hour rate for 7 990 ₽. As a result, the money was deducted, but nothing changed in the app, and I still haven't been credited with anything, so I can't complete the task.

Не вижу смысла платить за кота в мешке, непонятно какого качества. Нет бесплатного теста, а следовательно, вы реально можете купить кота в мешке и вас просто разведут на деньги. Не рекомендую к скачиванию: бесполезная трата времени.

Не удобно, что нельзя попробовать бесплатно. Сразу сначала нужно заплатить. А как понять за что?! Можно было б одну запись проверить, как печатает. А потом уже платить!

So I tried this Transcriber free for a few items and it worked great. I needed more storage I needed more time. I need more things transcribed so I paid for the subscription. Once I paid for the subscription, it stopped working. I kept getting a message. Please try again. So I reached out to the email for customer service and took them a few hours to get back to me telling me to change the format which I had already done and it still won’t work. So now they have my money and I can’t transcribe anything and I can’t get any help so if you need it for a trial. And you don’t have to pay for it then it’s great but once you pay for it it stops working. So save your money.
