Support: I started Transform 1 and am running into a few issues I’ve been seeking guidance on. I emailed the support address, and I get automated confirmations that they’ve received my emails, but I have yet to hear back. It’s been 3 business days with no reply to several different inquiries. App: Poorly designed meal sections where you are supposed to select from a page of food options. Problem is that images are too small to make out what they are, let alone read the text telling you what the portion size it. Cannot select, cannot pinch to zoom, cannot enlarge page at all. Secondly, there are diet abbreviations that are not explained anywhere, we are just expected to know what they mean? I have the latest version of the app, so that’s not the issue. Part of this program seems well thought out (exercises/recipes), other parts that should be seamless and integral to the program seem to be afterthoughts (app functionality/information centralization). They provide different pieces and parts of the program across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, the app, and their website - but none of it can be found in one centralized place. Seeking information is very disjointed and unclear because there is not one singular and complete resource.

I read about FITazFK on IG. I paid the $ then immediately regretted it. I sent a request for a refund that they refused (literally one day after payment). I downloaded the app and it is asking me to purchase a plan. WHAT IS THE $99 FOR????

Downloaded the update a week ago and nothing but trouble!! App freezes on many if not most of workouts. Deleted and reloaded and still not working 😬 Unable to use most of workouts

Bare bones program with workouts you can find free online. No tracking on the app which they imply they have in the promos. Facebook group unhelpful and unresponsive. Total scam, I regret signing up for this.

Download the app, first thing you have to do is provide your name and email, then you gotta confirm your email. THEN you gotta sign up for a paid subscription to go any further. DELETE. I HATE giving out my info and if it’s a paid app then ask for the money up front don’t trick people into giving their name and email THEN ask for the money.

The workouts are great so far but the app crashes a lot when I try to hover over the lifestyle icon. I don’t know if It’s because I’m a US user. I also wish it had some sort of a schedule of when to eat meals .

This is exactly what I was looking for. Effective & short work outs, warm up’s & cool down’s, nutrition plan for the entire day, all in one app. Very easy to follow and overall very doable for those that want to squeeze in some self care in their day.

The app is constantly loading. I tried to put in my photo and measurements and then di the burpee test and when I click next it goes back to the screen but everything is blank? I tried it 5 times and it won’t store any of my information so I can’t track anything.

Overall, it is a great app! I love all the different exercises. One thing I would recommend was more recipes!

I’ve spent a long time trying to find a workout program that will actually make me break a sweat, and actually push me to my full potential. This is exactly that.
