The app is stuck on the subscription page and won’t let me past it - it keeps on looping between me completing my height and weight and choosing a training program after which it just puts me back to subscription page and I have to fill every thing in again with no progress?? I have already subscribed for a monthly payment, so I don’t understand why it keeps on looping me back to this and won’t let me access the app??

Downloaded the app and added enough money to my iTunes account in order to pay for subscription yet the app kept saying I don’t have a valid app subscription when I chose the subscription package I wanted. I am from Australia and added more then enough money to cover the $15USD fee yet was still saying it is invalid?? I have now lost the $35 AUD I added to my iTunes account because you can not get added funds redeemed.

The first edition of the app I struggled to use . As someone who lives in Australia it was hard to find the food that was used in the meal plans and all weights and measurements were in pounds and inches which was hard to convert. But since the update to transform app 2.0 I can enter my own brands of food and track the macros much easier than before. So I no longer need to switch between MyFitnessPal and The Transform app . The app now also allows me to enter my measurements and weight in Cm and my weight in kilos . The other great thing about the app is the workouts. As someone who is rather clueless at the gym the workout guides show me exactly how each move is performed and if I am unable to do it ( eg don’t have equipment at my gym ) they will show an alternative move to hit the same muscles.

I have tried so many diets and programs which have always left me either craving foods or binge eating. This program is a lifestyle change and it allows for you to adapt your life around it. I eat more food than I have ever eaten especially carbs. I’ve been so happy with my results and my binge eating has ceased. This app not only transforms your body but also your mind.

Would be a great app if it weren’t for a couple of issues. Most irritating being that every single time I open the app I have to log in with my email AND password! At 5:30 in the morning? Very irritating. And every single time you open the app it asks if you want a tour. Lots to get through before I even start my workout!

In theory, this app would be good, except the following needs to be fixed/updated. It doesn’t remember my log-in details. So ever day I have to enter them in again! Annoying! Resulted in me changing from 1 year subscription to 3 months. I am in Australia. Therefore, I want to have weight in kg and height in cm. Plus all the take away options are from US fast food options only, most of which do not exist in Australia. Also, a lot of the recipe options have US products which are unavailable. And again, weight only in ounces. And what on earth is Peanut Butter Powder!? Even if it was available, would rather consume a whole food than the processed version! Having said all that, the workouts are good, varied and explanations are good, with videos for all plus scaling options. You’re getting there guys! Don’t give up. This could be a great app!

I love this app, it's so easy to use!

I have used this app with good results off and on since it was created. I recently tried to rejoin and the app gets hung up when I try to sign-up for a monthly subscription. Quite unfortunate. I have tried the KEPT app, and while it’s good, transform Better aligns with my needs.

I really enjoyed this app for many years; however over the past 2 yrs the quality and progress declined. When I started, I list a lot of weight using the workouts and really great recipes. Over time, my progress dropped and recommended adjustments didn’t help. It also seemed like more “shakes” and “supplements” were pushed and added to the meal lists instead of refreshing actual recipes. I decided to cancel my subscription in 2023 and try something different. When I got a “RENEWAL” charge for another year yesterday, I was very upset. I went to my account and it showed last frilled April 2023. Then I realized that my account was DUPLICATED onto another “Legacy” platform where I saw an active renewal for another year. I guess it’s MY fault for getting caught up in the confusion of multi-platforms and personal life debacles of Chris & Heidi’s business ventures that I missed all the switching and moving of my accounts. I reached to customer service kindly requesting they cancel and refund based on the confusion and was basically told “SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK” and “educated” on the policies that were communicated. That’s fine Transform; you got me for another year, wasting my money, but now instead of selling your product as something that was great and helped me for a long time and “worth a try”……..I will advise 100% away from your platform, process, and especially “customer care”. Forcing me to keep your product is a show of greed and lack of customer concern. My request was sent IMMEDIATELY, not after I continued to use the product expecting something after I already engaged with it. Here’s a recommendation; next time you duplicate an account; get rid of the old one and force a new login so people have clarity on what’s going on.
