Transit GO Ticket

For new users , as soon as you enter all the information, it appears a message “Error system failure”.

I downloaded The app cuz in cumming To Seattle next week and i want to buy The Train ticket and stuff… but Im not even able to sign in. I dont know why.

I bought the ticket, but no one scanned it, still better pay for it to prevent any trouble with authorities.

This app is unusable. Allows to pay for tickets that you cannot use. Save your self the frustration and get an uber!

Confused app and never displays tickets after purchase

Wanted to go home in Queen Anne to SEA airport. Can’t find a point to point connection even though Google Maps can with no problems. Along the way, app crashes on my iPhone 13. Totally useless app!!!

Observed: - Choose trip planner - Find origin on the tiny fifth-of-a-screen remaining for the map (waaay too much crud crowding the screen) - Select "from here" (nice control) - Find destination on even tinier portion of screen remaining for the map - Select "to here" - Choose "Arrive by" - Click on date/time - Crash (every. fkg. time.) Expected: - no crash on canonical workflow in trip planner - more screen real estate for map in trip planner

So on my app with the link line 1 I’m trying to plan a trip from SeaTac to Lynwood city center. So I want to see what the train times are. I hit the trip planner tab and enter my start and end point. Then hit the leave now clock icon and change it to be a later time “ arrive by “ and then I try to click the time to change it. App crashes. First time using this app and in about 5 minutes, I find a bug and it crashes. Unusable for planning trips in the future, and even later the same day. How would this have not been tested? This is a main feature. I want to know what times the trains are running and when I’m going to get to the destination.
