Купила приложение, сначала все было ок. А потом оно просто перестало генерировать субтитры. Нажимаю кнопку и ничего не происходит . Помогите решить проблему

Все вроде бы хорошо, но при сохранении видео само видео переворачивается вверх ногами, а субтитры внизу.. С разрабами никак не связаться.. Телефон 11макс про

Do not use this app. The translation is HORRIBLE. It’s not accurate at all. And the app is constantly crashing.

This application it keeps getting more accurate than ever. I love it… I wish they let you finish with your minutes remaining without the watermark. I mean sometimes it will take you more than a month to use the time you paid for it. So if you don’t use the minutes you paid for in the one month then they ad the watermark.! I don’t think this is fair. But the application is great.

I initially encountered an issue where changes to text and background colors wouldn’t save on the Subtitle Font > Colors screen. However, Sajed from the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful from day one. He communicated every step of the way, keeping me updated on the status and progress. By day 5, the glitch was fixed, and everything is now working perfectly. The support was friendly, professional, and efficient, which turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Only allows 60 minutes for premium for $6.00 a month. Should be unlimited if you pay for it. 60 minutes is nothing
