Crashed over and over
This is such a poor app. It just disappears to the Home Screen as soon as you do anything. I’ve a brand new phone and have reinstalled and restarted more than I’d like to say. It’s trash!
Dreadfully slow
Very, very slow to move between screens, cannot update autoload details, switches to website which does not recognise my account, incorrectly flags BSB code as an error. Much more work needed on the design of this app.
How can you charge people for this!!!????

Journey Planner
The journey planner part is not longer working. For a train from High Wycombe to the city, it’s telling me to swap trains & train lines before getting to the city… Fix it please
Accuracy of top ups on card
It shows on my app that i got 14 dollars balance but when i tap in for a bus ride it says low balance and negative
Does not work
Journey planner would not work. So I uninstalled and now its just stuck on connecting. IOS18 iphone 16 pro max.
Super clunky
As someone that has moved here from ‘over east’. This system is far from user friendly. I travel sporadically and the disconnect between the app / website and the actual card / reader network is hideous. Why can I not just make changes and have them applied like any other system? Why do I have to use the card not too soon but not too late in order for the top up method to kick in? Why? Why not just let commuters use their credit card like in NSW?
Terrible
This is the worst app I have ever used. Wanted to give no star but one star is the lowest I can give.
Buggy
Works well initially, but live views of busses frequently get hidden if the device is locked or maybe rotated. To get it back you need to restart the app and search again
