Whenever you try to time your trips the maps won’t work cos it’s dumb

Helpful to tell you the bus and routes to get. However, absolutely useless for getting a bus on time. It will tell you when to leave and sometimes, if you search by stop how far away it is- it is NOT accurate. It’s more often than not, complete falsification.

Bus and Tram is great when it woks. More and more frequently however, it is rife with “network error” messages and “Ghost Buses”. Aka, Huey up or you will miss it, only to arrive and find the bus you were tracking disappears or never arrives. Been this way for years.

I understand that times are estimated etc but don’t put busses on the tracker if there not actually coming also terrible service around Edinburgh and lothians

App is great when it works but quite often it doesn’t load all the buses leaving me with no clue when they are coming. So many roadworks and delays don’t help I’m sure but it makes it even more important to be able to track accurately.

This app is never right, it makes up fake buses with fake time and they don’t show up, never rely on this app or Lothian buses, use anything else if you need reliability

Bus arrival times and what the app says never match. Buses ‘disappear’ with only 2 mins until its supposed to arrive. ‘Service diverted’ message but where is the next stop where you can get the bus? Worst bus service in Europe now. The app doesnt help.

I checked tonight for the 41 from Cramond to town and the times have changed three times in 10 mins…no actual idea when the bus is due so standing in the freezing cold hoping one turns up soon
