Travel Insured

Haven’t had any need to file any claims but I can see my two policies and a File A Claim button, and I can access and chose to download my insurance documents, so all seems good so far. Easy installation on my iPhone.

I agree with the majority to the reviews, the app is not yet ready. Logged in via portal using USAA credentials but app says bad password. Decided not to waste any more of my time.

A complete waste of iPhone storage space.

Sign In button doesn’t work, the app just goes back to the main screen. One can get the list of contact numbers, but they are not clickable. 🤦‍♂️

I am a lifelong member of USAA. USAA endorses travel. The coverage is thorough and comprehensive. However, the app is absolutely awful. I have never had to utilize the travel insurance, so I have no idea if customer service is good or bad.

I would give it a zero if i could. Login does not work. Just flips you back to the main screen.

After reading the prior reviews about the App, I figured that the developers surely would have fixed it by now, NOT! Although I can log into my account through my browser, I definitely cannot log into my account through the App. I recommend the company eliminate the App until the developer fixes it. The App is making the company seem incompetent, which is not the case.

The insurance plan details do not load on to the app once purchased; this is not at all user friendly.

I’ve used this insurance company for several years, they are a good company. I’ve had to file 2 claims and they were paid in a timely manner but I am seriously thinking about finding another company because their app is terrible. It never works!

Every time you try to use app to sign in it give you a no permissions error
