“We’re sorry something went wrong and you’ve been logged out. Please sign in and try again” Endless message. App doesn’t work.

I just recently loss the use poo f my card that through Apple Wallet and now I can't add it back. This is a huge inconvenience. Hopefully this function will return.

Customer service and the rates are great but holy cow this app needs some help. Signing documents and setting up the policy is the first thing customers see and it should be improved.

I now cannot see my insurance card or access anything…

The slider is horrible, hard to get it to work. App crashes when reaching the last tab. Horrible experience

The app just does not open up…. Please fix the application so a consumer like myself can access our policies or bills….

The app is buggy. And the navigation is not intuitive. It always takes me way too long to find what I need.

I had a homeowners policy and an auto policy through Goosehead, a third party broker. Travelers canceled their agreement with them and canceled my policies. The auto policy was transferred but not the homeowner policy. They considered it a new policy and they were not writing any new policies in my area (coastal SC). I think this is a rotten way to do business.

Functionally, this works fine. However, it used to allow ID Cards in apple wallet and that has, apparently, been removed. This is baseline functionality and needs reinstated.
