This app is absolute garbage. It redirects to the website when you book a trip, and then the trip booked on the website isn’t visible in the app. And if you have the app on your phone, you can’t log into the actual website on your phone, because it redirects to the app, which doesn’t recognize the bookings. Absolute garbage.

I was unable to call Travelocity to confirm that travel lunch had cancelled my reservation because they cannot provide another room because they were fully booked and the room had no heat and a space heater they gave me kept tripping the breaker

The worst flight cancellation protocol ever.

I have a confirmed text and email for my trip , but this site can’t find it ! Infuriating

To indicate that I am disappointed in the quality of this app is an extreme understatement. It was my intention to book an all inclusive trip for my wife and I. I’ve been trying to use the app. For over 1/2 an hour. I’ve deleted the old app installed the new and still continue to be unable to access relevant information. The app will either not allow access through the icons provided, directs one to unrequested information or one ends up stuck in a loop then returned where one began. Atrocious!!

This travel agency is horrible the worst ever! after two cancellations on my trip to Dominican Republic, they put me in an airline and gave me 18hrs and 14hr layovers and took me a day and 25minutes to get there. Secondly the hotel did not even have an express pick up from and to the airport. Thirdly, I booked an activity with them but the activity person never showed up after waiting for an hour almost two hours he never did I talked to the travel agents and assured me that they would look for the person for a refund! This people then contacted me yesterday telling me that they cannot refund me because they cannot reach the person when I booked through them I even asked for the person contact they never gave me stating that it is private and they cannot share there info. So this travel agency is a scam they you guys should not book with them I am going to report them because I need my money back! Never use them unless you also want to be scammed!

You are charging for “Free cancellation option “. How the hell is this FREE when you are charging for it.Corporate greed is what it is.

Be careful and double check the currency. They advertise with US currency in Canada for Canadian hotels. Is it not cheating?

I had to spend 2 hours waiting and arguing to get another hotel booked. After a day of travel, being left without a room, at night is not ok. No one should have to negotiate to have a new booking made. In the end it was resolved but at my emotional and time expense.

I had a credit they won’t let me use it without a fee charge and the airline is ok with me getting the full refund and helped me more then they did but they still are holding my credit. Bad company bad service bad representatives and bad experience. Will not use this app again.
