I have never used it before, and now that I have used it for the first time, I immediately came across a scam with no possibility of getting my money back. And later someone took my money from my card, so I had to close this card and make a new one. The worst experience that I have ever had.
During the refound process the app are provided the status that it’s under confirmation by airline. But the airline during the call confirmed that they are not providing any confirmation for it. So the process in the app the lie.
Tried to buy a museum ticket, but after the payment nothing happens, contacting the support wasn’t helpful too, after a few messages just ignore
Refundable ticket was refunded with 4 times smaller amount than estimation and 6 times smaller than actual ticket price. Don’t recommend using this service, avoid at all costs.
15 April 2021 We booked tickets from Kuala-Lumpur to Jakarta by “Garuda Indonesia” for 289.12 USD Then we requested refund, because our PCR-tests couldn’t be ready in time and this tickets were “fully refundable”. Money didn’t come, so we texted to support and support said that it takes up to (!!!) 3 month (!!!) to send money back. 3 month passed, money still didn’t come back, we texted to support and they said that they already refunded 259 MYR per ticket - around 122 USD (I don’t know why). BUT EVEN THIS MONEY I ACTUALLY NEVER RECEIVED I can send full bank statement of all this period to proof my words. Please, send me my money back! I’m from Russia if it’s easier to connect me with local support.
Registered account by phone number. And was not able to add email: support asked for a lot of actions: sending ktp, selfie and others. Really? Just to add email? Now i want to delete it : and i can’t do it not performing the same actions for adding email. That is ridiculous
1.never even think to buy insurance this company 2.cheating with price 3. u never could connect with customer service nobody want be responsible

Saya beli tiket pesawat di traveloka. Ketika mau refund tertulis estimasi refund yg kita bakal terima sebesar +- 70% . Ternyata setelah kita ajukan refund traveloka hanya bersedia membayar sekitar 24% . Dan ternyata setelah kita proses refund traveloka hanya memberikan refund sebesar sekitar 19% . Gila atau tidak anda yg tentukan. Kakak saya beli di aplikasi trip.com dengan penerbangan dan waktu yg sama dapat refund sesuai estimasi yg diberikan yaoti sebesar 70% . Traveloka luar biasa dalam menipu customer dan dengan beraninya menampilkan estimasi 70% di aplikasinya . Aplikasi TIDAK TAHU MALU
Cuma di traveloka pinjaman bulan ini tagihannya juga bulan itu juga, bukan bulan depannya Cuma traveloka juga belum juga jatuh tempo langsung turun abis limitnya 🤣🤣 Kalo takut gak usah nyedian fitur paylater dong, dimana-mana paylater bulan berikutnya baru bayar bukan dibulan yang sama langsung nagih kocak 😆😆
