I wish all the merchants did this. This app is just super easy to use. I can pay my balance within seconds. Just the best.

Rubbish

Absolutely shocking!!! No references show on my bills making it an absolute nightmare for invoicing clients! I paid a bill in cash a month ago and its still showing as unpaid on the app and is just sat there as “unalicated cash”. Ive even phoned the travisperkins helpline about it and they said its an app issue!! This needs sorting out or i will be taking my business to a different supplier!

Really helpful to check costs on a live job so that an invoice or spreadsheet can be continually updated

No upto date statements are available

The whole point of an app is to be able to control your account with ease. For it to be easier for yourself and for the staff at Travis. I can’t see any invoice details to check them on the app and have been told that this is an issue for all. This means until you get this right I have to request an invoice each time via email. Please get this sorted or take the app down until it works. At present it is a real step backwards. Dave Cosens

Never gives you the correct amount owed.

This Travis Perkins app is very slow to update when you make payments via it.

Got to say, I like this App. Good going Travis Perkins. Shame some of the other merchants aren’t so with it.
