Worked for a couple of days then nothing

Downloaded a couple of videos which where quite nice to watch while on treadmill. Unfortunately after a couple of days the videos stopped playing and now nothing works. If I download a video and go to the download page multiple copies of the download show on the page but none of them work. Attempting to play a video which hasn’t been downloaded just results in a failed to play screen.
